As planned, I took a walk on Saturday morning, covering 13.2 miles all over North Arlington. For much of the walk, it was POURING, and I was absolutely drenched by about mile 5. I got to the point where I was so wet that I just had to start laughing. Because the temperature was only in the mid-40s, I had bundled up in several layers, so I didn't get cold, although my fingers and toes ended up looking like raisins!!
All in all, it was a great walk, and once again, I stopped to take some pictures along the way. I particularly like the shot of the weeping cherry alongside the raging Four Mile Run, which was running much higher and faster than usual. I wanted to get bit closer for a better shot, but was worried I might fall in!
